Since she was a small child in her mother’s jewelry store in Ecuador, one of Patricia’s favorite after school pastimes was to look at and help her mom select precious gems. She was fascinated with the colors and textures, which later led her to become a certified gemologist under the prestigious G.I.A. Institute. Her deep appreciation for gems, as well as her colorful Latin upbringing, are the inspiration for her best-selling Rainbow Gems collection.
To this day, Patricia hand-selects the gems for most of her designs. In her Rainbow Gems collection, PATRICIA ROBALINO departs from classic jewelry shapes, interpreting them in the most alluring and colorful ways possible.
